FOSCARINI table lamp LUMIERE SMALL DIMMER (Champagne / Warm White - Blown glass and varnished aluminium)

A reinterpretation of the classic table lamp with lampshade, Lumiere was designed in 1990 by Rodolfo Dordoni and immediately became one of the best-sellers of the Foscarini collection, characterised by the original and harmonious combination of the essential shape of the mouth-blown glass of the diffuser and the slender support of the characteristic tripod in aluminium alloy. In 2015 the lamp was renewed with the proposal of new chromatic tones of the diffuser - always white in the internal layer to favour the reflection of the light - and a new finish for the tripod, demonstrating the surprising modernity of one of the "cult" pieces of the collection. The refined elegance of Lumiere, the availability of two different sizes and four different colours, together with its diffused, warm and intense light make it perfect for being inserted in various settings, different in style and taste.

Table lamp with direct and diffused light. Diffuser in cased glass with a glossy finish, mouth-blown white on the inside and coloured on the outside. In the turquoise, cherry and warm white versions the glass has an additional layer of glass inside in a "straw" shade, pale yellow, (total 5 layers of glass). With the "straw" interior the "warm white" version is an ivory color when turned on while it remains white when turned off. In the cherry and turquoise versions this double coating makes the light warmer and the color more intense. Tripod base in die-cast aluminum finished and polished by hand in the aluminum version, liquid painted in the black chrome or champagne version; scratch-resistant silicone feet.
