Elica was the first to conceive NikolaTesla Flame by combining suction with the gas cooking mode. The continuous research and the tests carried out in the laboratory have given birth to a safe product, which fully respects the standards imposed by the regulations in terms of efficiency and flame power, to allow those who love cooking, the chance to try their hand at any kind of cooking.All this without renouncing to the maximum performance of aspiration and removal of fumes and odors that only Elica hoods can guarantee.
By positioning the support for the Wok pan above the suction inlet, it improves the fume collection speed in the case of more important cooking. All cast iron components of the product are removable and dishwasher safe. The ceramic glass hob simplifies daily cleaning operations.
With the suction version of Elica NikolaTesla Flame the installation is simple and immediate: the cooking vapors are conveyed to the outside through reduced-size pipes, which can be purchased separately, which make the most of the space under the kitchen bases, with maximum flexibility of movement of the tubes. The height of the plinth must be at least 10 cm.
