The central extraction section, embellished with a thin matt black steel frame, guarantees chromatic and aesthetic continuity throughout the cooking area, thus fitting in elegantly and discreetly in any context. Designed to ensure maximum effectiveness and practicality, Quantum in "auto" mode automatically adjusts the suction speed according to real needs. The suction element, made up of two glass flaps that open automatically, optimizes the aerodynamics of the incoming air and improves suction performance, while allowing for easy maintenance and cleaning.

The use of the Flap System with glass fins allows for continuity in the materials along the entire surface, chromatically uniting the cooking and extraction areas, also allowing for easy cleaning.

A powerful and efficient motor, combined with the study of air flows and the use of insulating materials, allows the best suction performance with minimal noise.

Cooking and extraction are enclosed in a single body which allows for easy installation. The rear-extendable smoke evacuation system also allows you to make the most of the cabinet's depth.

In this mode Quantum automatically adjusts the suction power based on the real need, always guaranteeing the correct ratio between consumption and suction power.

Thanks to the "Flex surface" technology, induction acts uniformly on the cooking zones, which can be conveniently joined, guaranteeing maximum versatility in the use of pans of different types and sizes.
