The accessory Elica KIT0167755 has been created exclusively for the NikolaTesla FIT cooktop, the first induction cooktop with a fully integrated suction system.This filter is suitable for the most difficult cooking environments, given its superior ability to filter and purify the air. The new Elica technology is able to achieve a filtering efficiency of 80% compared to the market average of 60%. The ceramic activated carbon filters become saturated after a period of more or less prolonged use, depending on the type of cooking and the frequency with which the grease filters are cleaned. These odour filters can be thermally regenerated every 2/3 months in an oven preheated to 200°C for one hour. Regeneration allows a maximum filter life of 5 years.
